Senior Care Resources at ParentGiving

family pictureParenting doesn’t come with a manual but there are various resources available to parents, whether through government and non-governmental organizations, books or the internet, that will help them learn how to take care of their young babies and children.

Same is true with taking care of aging parents, it doesn’t come with a manual too. As with the parenting, there are also various groups and organizations that provide information and help on how one can take care of their aging parents.

An example of a group that can provide valuable resources to caregivers is ParentGiving.com. It prides itself as being the ultimate senior care resource. The site discusses topics such as the Alzheimer’s disease (including the activities for seniors with the disease, everyday aids, personal safety and safety alarms), bath safety, beddings and daily living aids. They also share information on mobility devices, skin care and incontinence.
