Some of us may not be so particular with our “cholesterol levels” until we become older. Although they say, “it is never too late”, we know that it is better to always live a healthy lifestyle.
There are two types of cholesterol in our body – first, the HDL or the Good Cholesterol and second, the LDL of the Bad Cholesterol. The HDL level in our body must be greater than 60mg/dL while the LDL level must be lower than 130mg/dL.
My research in the internet on how to lower bad cholesterol naturally shows the following ways: to avoid smoking, to maintain a healthy weight and to have a physical activity at least 30 to 60 minutes in a day.
Easier said than done? Let’s make this as a challenge and let’s do it!
